Berry Global’s manufacturing facility in Tlalnepantla, Mexico is celebrating four years without any recordable Health and Safety cases.
Housing a variety of capabilities, including assembly and extrusion, blow, and injection molding, the site has a total of 203 employees and consistently implements a range of programs aimed at ensuring a safe working environment. For example, all employees undergo health and safety training to understand, identify, and know how to report risks effectively. The facility also adheres to a comprehensive Environmental Health and Safety process, defining and implementing high standards to address all SIF Exposure categories.
Alongside stringent safety precautions and audits, Berry Global also promotes a work culture of leadership by example with the mantra that “Zero (accidents) is Always Possible”.
