Blow Molds
Prototype Molds
Prototype molds are low cost, low volume tools used for proof of concept and initial testing and development in an injected resin.
Pilot Molds
Pilot molds are low cavitation tools that have the same design and standards as a high cavitation tools, but allow for process development and testing ahead of the production tool. This helps to reduce development time and costs. Pilot molds can be designed and built for any of the blow molding processes to run on a specific test machine.
Production EBM Molds
Production EBM molds are high cavitation tools that range from 2-24 cavities depending on volumes and machine capabilities.
Production IBM Molds
Production IBM molds are high cavitation tools that range from 2-48 cavities depending on product volumes and machine capabilities.
Production ISBM Molds
Production ISBM molds are high cavitation tools that range from 2-48 cavities depending on product volumes and machine capabilities.
Production RHB Molds
Production RHB molds are high cavitation tools that range from 4-10 cavities depending on product volumes and machine capabilities.
Production Preform Molds
Production preform molds are high cavitation tools that range from 16 - 128 cavities depending on product volumes and machine capabilities.
Injection Molds
Prototype Molds
Prototype molds are low cost, low volume tools used for proof of concept and initial testing and development in an injected resin.
Pilot Molds
Pilot molds are low cavitation tools that are built according to the same design and standards high cavitation tools, but allow for process development and testing ahead of the production tool. This helps to reduce development time and costs.
High Cavitation Molds
High cavitation molds range from 32-192 cavities, allowing for more products to be produced per second and on fewer molding machine. This results in lower piece part pricing of molded goods compared to low cavitation molds.
Stack Molds
Stack molds increase cavitation in a small platen size or small tonnage injection machine. This is a way to reduce piece part pricing of molded goods.
Spin Cube Molds
Spin cube molds are four sided molds that rotate to allow for multiple resin and value-added operations within the molding cycle, such as assembly or the addition of inserts. This is a way to lower piece part pricing of complex parts or assemblies.
Thin Wall Molds
Thin wall molds are used to make parts with very thin, cross-sectional density. These mold are commonly used for tubs, containers, and lids in the food packaging industry.
2K/3K Multi-Resin Molds
2K/3K multi-resin molds are tools designed to receive multiple resins and colors in the same mold to form a molded component of high tactile or visual value. These tools are used to create items like hard plastic parts with a soft pliable grip, and multi-colored buttons.
